Book A Skip Now

One of the world’s leading economic and cultural centres, London is a city unlike any other in Britain. With a population larger than the whole of Scotland, and hotels catering to 30 million international tourists a year, it’s a bustling metropolis constantly on the go.

Keeping up with that activity means a constant stream of work for construction companies. Between them and millions of people looking after their own homes, there’s a constant need for skips.

Local Skip Hire Company for London

Impala Skip Hire is a national company with strong local connections. Our business links both across the country and in local communities means that we can provide skips quickly and cheaply, whether you’re after a small or large skip. Whatever the size of your job, we can scale our services to help.

We understand the unique challenges of working in London. From the outside, it looks like a single pace, a vast and teeming city in which millions work. But London is made up of hundreds of smaller communities with their own local councils and regulations.

Permit For Your Skip

London’s tightly packed roads have been built up over centuries, not planned for easy navigation or modern vehicles. If you want a skip delivered on the same day you order it then you need a company whose staff can find their way around the backstreets of the city, to get your skip wherever it’s needed. You need a company that understands the local regulations, that will make sure you have the licence you need and that the skip is parked somewhere it’s allowed. You need them to recognise if the streets around you are too narrow for the 8 yard skip you want, meaning that you should hire a mini skip instead.

At Impala, we don’t just rely on our own knowledge. We also have contacts with local companies. That means that if we’re uncertain about a skip delivery or if we don’t have a skip available then we can go to one of those companies for help. If we can’t do your job ourselves, we’ll find someone who can.

Large or Small Skip?

If you’re not sure what you want, if the difference between a 4 yard and a 6 yard skip is meaningless numbers to you, then our helpful team can sort you out. They can advise on the skips we have available and what you might need for your project.

If you’ve not hired a skip before, they can also advise you on what can and can’t be disposed of this way – or check out our FAQ page for more information on skip use.

Keeping Skip Hire Prices Down

Sometimes, when you’re working with a budget, what you need is just to hire a cheap skip. That’s something we can help you with too.

We use our national scale and local contacts to keep down the price of our skip hire services. All the costs are clearly stated up front, along with what you’ll get for your money.

We try to respond to all requests within 24 hours. That means that you can usually get your skip on the same day you order it, and if not then the next day. Whether you’re hiring a small skip or a large skip, whether you want it for a month or just a couple of days, we’ve got what you need.
